EVArena is a free information service about electric cars. Below we explain where our technical data comes from, how we verify it and what we cannot take responsibility for.
Range, consumption and weight are given for the base configuration: manufacturers homologate them as a band of values that depends on wheels and equipment (e.g. 533–592 km), and we take the lightest variant, on the smallest wheels — i.e. the most favourable. The same model on larger wheels will travel a shorter distance.
What this site is
The service is purely informational. We do not sell cars, do not broker sales and do not publish prices. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer, nor purchasing, financial or technical advice.
Where the technical data comes from
Specifications (WLTP range, battery capacity, power, charging, dimensions) come from official manufacturer materials: technical data sheets, price lists, press rooms and national websites. Sources are listed on every model page.
Some records are verified manually, others are filled in automatically from manufacturer materials — the status of each variant is marked on the page. We take care to keep the data correct, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or free of errors.
Data changes — often without our knowledge
A manufacturer can change a specification, drop a version, rename a variant or revise a declared range at any time (for example after a facelift or a new type approval) without informing third-party services. Our data may therefore describe the situation before such a change.
WLTP figures come from a laboratory procedure — real consumption and range depend on temperature, driving style, load and tyres, and are often noticeably lower. Specifications can also differ between markets: the same model name in another country may mean a different battery, power output or equipment.
Limitation of liability
Before any purchase, lease or other financial decision, confirm the figures with an authorised dealer or directly with the manufacturer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for damages arising from the use of data on this site, from its inaccuracy or obsolescence, or from temporary unavailability of the service.
Third-party content and trademarks
Video reviews come from YouTube and are the opinions of their authors — they are not our assessment of a car and we are not responsible for their content. We are likewise not responsible for the content of linked sites, including manufacturer websites.
Model names, brand names and logos are trademarks of their owners and are used solely to identify the vehicles described. The service is not affiliated with or sponsored by any manufacturer.
User ratings
Ratings on a 1–5 scale come from anonymous users and are subjective — we do not verify whether the rater has ever driven the car. We collect no text comments. An average rating is not our recommendation and should not be the only basis for a decision.
Copying and data mining
The EVArena catalogue — the selection of models and variants, the verified specifications, the descriptions and the comparisons — is the result of our editorial work and constitutes a protected database. Automated downloading of the service in whole or in substantial part (scraping), and publishing this content outside the service, require our written consent.
We reserve the rights to text and data mining under Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790, including the use of this content to train artificial intelligence models. The same reservation is declared machine-readably: through the TDM-Reservation header and the /.well-known/tdmrep.json file.
The reservation does not cover indexing or citation. Search engines and AI assistants that name the source and link back to the service are welcome — bot access rules are set out in /robots.txt. Report infringements to [email protected]. The service is operated by Grzegorz Kaczyński.
Found an error?
We would be grateful if you reported it — every model page has a “Report an error” form, or you can write to [email protected]. We fix data as fast as we can, but we do not commit to a specific deadline.
